Return Policy

  • Customer Order Mistake:
    • If you made a mistake on your order after shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for exchange consideration.
    • Customer to pay price difference if any for item exchanged. Customer to pay return shipping and outbound cost of shipping.
    • Item(s) to be returned in same condition as shipped.
    • If decision involves a refund a 15% restocking charge will be applied.
  • Electronic Items:
    • There is no return on Electronic Related Items.
    • Defective Electronics items must be addressed by the respective Manufacturer per their warranty guidelines/policy.
  • Damaged Items:
    • All Damage claims must be filed with the respective carrier. I will assist to the best of my ability and resources.
    • Take pictures and retain as materials such as box and packing materials and clear images of damaged product.
  • Shipment Errors:
    • If you receive an item that was an error on our part, please contact within 30 days of receipt of product for instructions to correct error.
