Return Policy
- Customer Order Mistake:
- If you made a mistake on your order after shipment, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for exchange consideration.
- Customer to pay price difference if any for item exchanged. Customer to pay return shipping and outbound cost of shipping.
- Item(s) to be returned in same condition as shipped.
- If decision involves a refund a 15% restocking charge will be applied.
- Electronic Items:
- There is no return on Electronic Related Items.
- Defective Electronics items must be addressed by the respective Manufacturer per their warranty guidelines/policy.
- Damaged Items:
- All Damage claims must be filed with the respective carrier. I will assist to the best of my ability and resources.
- Take pictures and retain as materials such as box and packing materials and clear images of damaged product.
- Shipment Errors:
- If you receive an item that was an error on our part, please contact within 30 days of receipt of product for instructions to correct error.
